For landlords, we operate a transparent fee structure, with all charges clearly set out in advance and confirmed in writing prior to instruction. Our compliance processes are designed to help landlords remain informed of their legal obligations and relevant legislative changes; however, ultimate responsibility for statutory compliance remains with the property owner. Arrears management is handled on a case-by-case basis with a structured and proportionate approach, balancing income protection with professional tenant engagement. We do not promote or charge for services that do not directly support the effective management or performance of the property.

For tenants, we are committed to fair, professional, and respectful treatment. All tenancy deposits are protected in accordance with legal requirements, and any proposed deductions are supported by appropriate documentation and evidence. Maintenance issues are managed through established procedures using suitably qualified contractors, with records maintained to support transparency and accountability. Where disputes arise, they are addressed in line with recognised industry codes of practice and applicable dispute resolution processes.

We are members of a government-approved redress scheme and operate under active Client Money Protection (CMP) coverage. Personal data is processed securely and in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.

We also recognise the importance of responsible business practices and seek to work with reputable suppliers and efficient systems where practicable.
